Thank you for supporting The Parliament Raven. Each item is made to order and fulfilled through our trusted production partner, Printify, which allows us to create high-quality, intentional pieces without excess waste.

Because of this, shipping works a little differently than big-box retailers—here’s what to expect.

Production Time

All items are made to order.

  • Production time: 2–7 business days (this is an estimation)

  • This includes printing, quality checks, and packaging

  • During holidays or high-volume seasons, production may take slightly longer

Shipping Time

Once your order ships, delivery times typically are:

  • United States: 3–8 business days (depending on shipping choice)

  • International: 7–21 business days (depending on destination)

Shipping times may vary based on location, carrier delays, or customs processing.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your location

  • The size and weight of your order

  • The fulfillment partner used for each item

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs fees

  • Import taxes

  • VAT or duties charged by their country

These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

Delays & Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers

  • Customs processing delays

  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

If your package is lost or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help to try and resolve the issue.
